About Us

"The idea for Saieta nams arose in 2020 when we opened the doors to the Pasiekstes Windmill Tavern. We wanted to create a place to come together, celebrate, create, and rejoice—a place where at least 100 people can gather and see joy in everyone's eyes. The idea of Saieta nams as a barn has now transformed into a grand project that we believe in, and we hope those who doubted its potential will believe in it too. We want this building to serve as a celebration venue, a place for people to gather, and a place where everyone feels welcome. Let this place be filled with joy, happiness, and love. Accommodation

Saieta nams was created to provide a celebration venue for up to 100 people. It offers accommodations for up to 52 guests with 14 additional spots:

  • Old Barn Apartments: 4 places + 2 additional places
  • Train Carriages: 48 places + 12 additional places

Additionally, five cottages are available for an extra fee, accommodating up to 30 guests with 10 extra places, as well as the Windmill Apartments offering 6 places with 4 extra spots.

Menu Uniqueness

The Saieta nams menu is meticulously crafted to satisfy diverse guest preferences, offering a unique culinary experience. Chef Elvis Rībens selects local products in collaboration with farmers, fishermen, and home producers, ensuring fresh and authentic flavors. Special dishes like pork belly marinated in apple and honey and crème brûlée with burnt sugar caramel make the menu exceptional and memorable.


Elvis Rībens

Ensuring an exceptional culinary experience. Elvis faces various challenges when preparing food for large events, such as organizing banquets for 700 people during Latvia's centenary celebrations and setting up pop-up kitchens in the Livonian Order Castle. He believes that maintaining high quality is only possible with a strong team he fully trusts. Elvis motivates his team by allowing them to express their creativity and take responsibility for their work, creating a friendly and productive work environment.

Prices

  • Friday and Saturday: From 330 EUR to 2420 EUR
  • Sunday to Thursday: From 330 EUR to 1320 EUR

Prices do not apply on public holidays.
